Look. Here's the basic jist of it. Yes, Nasrat is making some money off of the Adderall situation via Mikah's partial ownership....BUT... at the time Elite was in a tight situation financially, and could have completely lost the ANDA altogether. It wasn't just Nasrat that looked at ways for Elite to acquire Adderall from Sungen. Okay? Also....as of the past year or two, and going forward possibly another year or two, I truly believe that the money that Elite would have to pay Mikah to acquire the remaining partial ownership would be better spent advancing other, BIGGER products through the pipeline. Potential market share of those products goes down with time. Mikah's half of the ANDA is going nowhere. It will happen soon enough. I'm more interested in diversifying our portfolio and bringing NEW, LARGER market drugs online that are solely owned by Elite. Please keep in mind that absent Nasrat we'd have all been completely fucked years ago. Things are going really well, and by the looks of what's in the works will continue to be for years to come, exponential growth even. So, Idk....maybe some people here need to chillax a bit. We are all going to be more than fine, both Nasrat and shareholders.
