Charlie is 86 years old…. He has a fantastic pension from the city of New Orleans and the state of Louisiana. Again, he is 86 years old and certainly not known for courtroom trials. He was Criminal Sheriff (jailer) in New Orleans for a long long time before becoming the Attorney General.

Let’s just be polite and say there are many worse threats to Mullen than Charlie Foti at age 86

This is a PR stunt for a law firm which he must have emeritus or “of counsel” status

If one is hoping that this will somehow be to the detriment of Michery and or Mullen, one will be greatly disappointed, in my opinion. Now, if Harry Rosenberg former US Attorney for EDLA would be doing this, I would say without reservation, that Michery is cooked, though I do t know if Harry is still alive.

When Foti was AG, he had great talent surrounding him.
