Well that's pretty vague....but thanks for the info.
However, I always say....penny stocks always PR what they "plan to do". Rarely what they actually do.
How do you know the merger will improve the situation?
Also, from what I've seen the company seems to be focused on poorer areas, like Lorain and Youngstown and I forget some of the other places.
