You are simply wrong. Its like saying SpaceX couldn't buy a building Tesla operates out of and charge Tesla to rent it. As long as the board of directors of Tesla OKs it its above the board. The most you can whine and moan about is Elite's board agreeing with Carter that Elite should not buy the other half of Adderall. The board has to approve everything. For instance they had to approve the facility expansion. Nasrat went out of his way to point out he got the boards approval.

Elite did NOT have the money to buy the other half of the Adderall. I know you don't agree or feel they should of pawned whatever they could to get the money. But the board and plenty of investors disagree with you. If Elite had done what you suggested get the money to buy the other half of the Adderall by whatever means necessary we would not have the following because they wouldn't have had the money to purchase all of these
- THREE needle mover products released by end of year next year
- Upgraded equipment to meet the manufacturing demands of the sales Kirkov is making
- The money to purchase additional property (either with cash or best interest rates possible) to expand facilities by June 2024.

In addition they wouldn't have had good capital and little debt to purchase their building, right now instead they may have been stuck renting a building with increasing rent and costs.

You have been bitching and moaning for years and selling shares. Keep doing that cause your good at it but I am very glad I believed and invested heavily since August (when it became crystal clear how much growth we were going to experience in the next few years). I am up over $90k just on the shares that I invested since August...so I am feeling very good about my perspective on the company.
