LBHI had set up a "waiver" with the joint administrator that would place ALL of the funds', plus the Statutory Interest (the accrued interest) as Attorney Hilliard refers to on May 4th, 2023 ... to be held until Justice Hildyard "hears" the final determination of ALL party's with the actual numbers to be disclosed within the October 9th and 10th hearing ...

Now, ... the hearing is completed, and the results have been sealed' ... for obvious financial reasons' ... however, WE' now have the letter' and know that LBHI was successful' ...
