TD stole my three Escrow preferred stocks, I am still fighting with them. They even removed their nonsense messages which TD sent to me. But I got screenshots for all the records.
TD should have removed all customer’s Escrow Lehman shares which were worthless based on their explanation to me. Now they should have known it’s a violation to BK court order to remove or transfer those Escrow shares.
Definitely, it’s security fraud to steal customer’s shares.
