The Hindenburg Research provides substantial and IMO incontrovertible evidence that TINGO (TIO) and Agri-Fintech Holdings Inc. (TMNA) are 100% frauds.

Excellent articles, thanks for the link, BAR1080!!!!!!!

TINGO (TIO) and Agri-Fintech Holdings Inc. are blatant frauds. Although the SEC Suspensions are for 10 market days the Rule 15c2-11 will stipulate that no quotations can be made until/unless both companies satisfy all vetted disclosures.

Excerpts from both SEC Suspensions:

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the
Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless
and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule.

Good mornin' Lucky, the SEC was crystal clear about TINGO meeting all disclosure requirements of Rule 15c2-11.

And dat means TIO will likely be delisted to the OTC.....and the Expert Market at that, IMO. Both stocks deserve to be on the Grey Market/Cemetery, caveat emptor.

Excerpt:

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the
Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless
and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer
has any questions as to whether or not it has complied with the rule, it should not enter any
quotation but instead should immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and
Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is
uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, it should refrain from entering quotations
relating to Tingo Group, Inc. securities until such time as it has familiarized itself with the rule
and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any
quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt
enforcement action.

Tingo issued their (fake) 3rd quarter "earnings" this morning. The claims have always been outrageously hilarious, but even more so with the SEC suspension.

I wonder if management had the conference call this morning as scheduled? If they did, it would have been a real hoot, and I am sure it would have been packed with representatives of the SEC and various international law enforcement agencies. If it was held, the replay should now be available at 1-844-512-2921, if anyone wants to try it out.
