1.6B share buy back is very big! its actually in the best interest bc the CEO he has acquired many shares of this stock on the open market 225M last month as per Form4 (locked for min 6mth - 1yr per SEC Rule 144) and he as also acquired many more shares investing in his company at higher levels as well. He has already received $1M dollars for the sale of Noncore assets last week so the Buy back is likely getting started..
