Wouldn't surprise me one bit...

Likely has something to do with the deal made today .

Very possible this was completed several days ago. 150 million in shares is nothing verses where this is headed 540+ million in revenues for starters.

This is nothing and most likely part of the final pieces to wrap this up. Boom!!!
