One thing I've learned about this BK. Nothing is known... Especially the balance sheet. And they've told us that since the start of their open.
We unlike England don't have as part of the Trustee Team an official accountantcy PWC. And until
we in the US design such a system as England's Financial system we will never know the real numbers or even come close. My point was just a statement of fact " That they have no way of knowing any real or approximation numbers." to give to anyone let alone on paper. They only tell
us by what they post. IE past tense.
My appologies. But that does mean that they can't manipulate the numbers allowed by law. IMO
