Not sure if you guys saw but someone really wanted to get in on the ECAPS I payout after the order and % for Tier X and Tier Y were announced in an update by PWC UK that we all read. The only trade I ever seen reported not on a Bloomberg Terminal done in Amsterdam. 50,000 ECAPS I bought for 17.10 EUR. Must be quite a cash flow - as for our TPS, I'm really not worried one bit. I have my reasons you have yours. I doubt 2025 is the first time we see money. We have potential to see it as soon as the LBH PLC is finished or at least LBHI is ready to move forward.

Someone was willing to pay 855,000 EUR for ECAPS I after the Oct 8 9 and 12th court proceedings that hung up the 8th distrib since March 2023.

Guys just stay positive. TPS from Delaware Stat Trust companies (Cap Trusts) >>> ECAPS. Similar structure. But the parents got a lot of affiliates. Try 80 worldwide that never had court proceedings because LBHI was able to settle outside court with their global affiliates. Where's that money? Idk, in Trust somewhere. They keep finding cash in this. The only reason for this pause is in the UK LBHI is just another creditor in the upcoming LBH PLC distrib. (8th). It's coming to a conclusion/which is also a beginning if you read your S1's on how these actually are structured.
