Let it go. It was a minor delay. Nate isn’t trying to screw anyone. They put out more 8ks in a few weeks than most otcs put out ever.

He isn’t scamming anyone. It happens. Not only that it almost always happens in every deal in OTC forever.

Delays are a part of otc. People over sold and will pay for giving up those shares.
