NCMGY: Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement Newmont Corporation will acquire all of the issued and outstanding Shares of Newcrest. Newcrest shareholders of record on the Scheme Record Date will receive, in respect of each Newcrest Share, 0.400 of a common share of Newmont.
