Not focusing on anything pal, just came across this interesting tidbit while reading and chose to ask. It wasn't a stamp of approval, just a simple question that got answered with a filing. Getting a sense there's more behind the posting here than meets the eye but hey that's just me. Based on the little i've been able to cover so far if sunpac can seal a deal things could get interesting real fast but thats a big if at this point. Not sure how asking anyone other than sunpac management about financing and the land deal gets me a reliable answer so theres that.
