You were very inaccurate though in your earlier post that a spinoff requires an IPO. According to Investopedia, you don't need an IPO to offer shares in a spinoff:
From Investopedia: "Spinoff vs. IPO: An Overview Both a spinoff and an IPO or an initial public offering result in a new, public company. However, a spinoff is the creation of a new public company out of a current public company, while an IPO is a private company going public for the first time."
I remain open to the idea that a spinoff of Livestock is still in process and if it happens shares will be distributed to BDPT shareholders.
