It wasn't just the O2 thing...or maybe it was. Something before though, that I believe was supposed to get clearance and didn't. I don't remember what it was. All I do remember was thinking originally, 'What kind of ceo wouldn't know this beforehand'? Now, like I said, I may be mistaking or confusing O2 with something else. I do remember madg bringing it up so perhaps he can chime in. In any event, I really really have problems with Bal's lack of communication. I personally have never seen this from a ceo before. I do remember way back when, Marce Fuller ceo of Mirant, being very silent while they went through ch11, but nothing of the magnitude like this. WHEN the mask thing first was announced I DID think this had great potential but then it fizzled; Bal raised decent funds 3x off of it, and went silent as usual afterwards. All that did was make me think even moreso, that he wasn't THAT serious about getting products to market in any timely manner, if at all....and here we are today.
