Joseph Wade Mezey the known scammer and disbarred attorney started this off with Nate Steck. They have filed 14 C's before. They are no big deal unless the basic information is missing. On another note, they probably filed over 100 8 K's. Again no big deal. The bottom line is this is and was a scam and never had and never will be a sucessful entity!
But real investors already know that!
