As an attorney, I've never heard of a lawsuit being "posted."
Filing is the process of beginning a lawsuit, by filing the complaint and paying applicable filing fees in the appropriate court as well as mailing or otherwise serving a copy of the complaint on the defendants.

Once again, Parkinson shows he has no clue, and is acting as his own lawyer-- which has had disastrous consequences for him and HHSE in the past, resulting in millions in default judgments, and an active Cease & Desist Order in Arkansas.

As for filing "shortly after our From 10 filing" which Parkinson has been promising to file for going on 13 years, I'm sure the fear of a lawsuit "shortly after" this filing has them quaking in their boots with fear. LMAO!!
