Doelling needed to go. Between the horrid earnings numbers for his division, coupled with the OSHA report - he deserved to be fired. They have an expression around IBC, and it speaks to Mark Smith's shrewd leadership syle - "It's Mark's way, or the parkway".

Doelling was sent down the road packing.

We're now seeing a NioCorp renaissance. Perhaps the IBC rebirth is around the corner.
