That is my plan, plow it all back in. I will probably split it between FNMA, FMCC and maybe some towards the FNMAS I have, depending on what their prices do.
I'm Looking at allocating the most (say 60-70%) towards FNMA since there's the firm posibility that the fannie commons have the same court decision eventually, or better. Possibility for a larger per share award on FNMA since the same mistakes made this last Lamberth court fiasco can be avoided, and hopefully it doesn't end up with Lamberth. But that would be worse case, and in that case the FNMA per share award would probably be 2-3X min. the freddie commons, since there would be interest on that award like the prefs.
Based on how class actions get settled, sometimes you get a check, sometimes it's money in your account that holds your shares. Not sure what will happen with this one, everything seems to be a special "circumstance" when it's GSE.
