Butter, thanks for that excellent post and your understanding where I am at mentally. That was a great find on the TMob damages. I am still optimistic, it would just be nice to get some further validation with these case proceedings. Like yourself, I wonder why Albright has not provided a trial reschedule date. I still hope that settlement negotiations are ongoing and we get some great news before the end of the year. Stay well and keep up the great posts. the prophet
