That wasn't a very good double top, but I'll give it to you. It's already filled that gap there. You think it breaks $39 this time? It looks to have some support at $40, than a little at $39 and then better at $38. And they bounced it back over $41. And then it suddenly drops and hits a new LOD. MSFT turned back at the first retest of $26. They did get the Naz back over 1930.
