Hi jip! Looks like a real turd at the moment. Didn't get a good feeling after talking with Smiley. Sounded like he's prepared to totally screw share holders of his failed SBBD dream. Claims were made that they now intend to seek $90 million in financing. Can't even get a audit done on some mom and pop business they have now so I don't see how they are going to get any financing done other than cranking out more and more shares. GL
