NioCorp only has to have in the 2023 feasibility study producing Scandium Oxide or Scandium Metal. Whatever the facility @ NioCorp can process.

The new company does not have to be part of the feasibility study, and in my opinion it therefore does not have to determine any value to the functions that it is going to perform for NioCorp the parent company.

If they publish an updated FS in 2023 and the recently published efforts to market scandium alloys are not included in that FS despite them being a prerequisite for financing, this updated FS will most likely yet again fall short of convincing investors and EXIM to provide the necessary cash to finally get the project running.
