Every single thing Ken has done to "protect shareholders" has hurt them.

1. released pr stating no RS befor pps of .05 to draw in a lot of new shareholders amd then flipped on his word.

2. Filed lawsuit against "toxic lenders" in the name of shareholders and then made a settlement to pay them 90k and agreed to drop the suit.
