So, explain to me, if BioAmber was worth "billions," why'd it go bankrupt with only $100M or so in total liabilities? Seems to me somebody would have loaned them some money......

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
