On every Q stock there are always a few that hang hoping for a miracle. But you must have invested much more than you could afford to lose.

The Judge first ordered a sale as a going concern but there wasn't any bidders because no one wanted to take on the debt - then the Judge ordered that Bioamber be liquidated.

You must search for anything hopeful most of the day as you have posted information that is many years old.

Your shares are worthless now and will be in 5 more years when you are still posting that Bioamber is worth Billions. It is pretty funny that you and a few others still believe after 5 years your shares have some value.

What exchange are they traded on?

What is the CUSIP number associated with your stock?

When was the last shareholder meeting?

Why isn't Bioamber filing any financial information?

Call your broker and ask how much your stock is worth - after he quits laughing he will tell you Zero.

Call the Court and tell the Clerk that the Judge made a mistake because Bioamber hasn't been liquidated and it is worth Billions. The Judge will order a Psych Evaluation.
