Wise observation Derf, a freudian slip no doubt. I believe Alan started out a true believer and saw himself going from comfortable upper middle class to super rich. Instead he knocked himself backwards a few years. Now as Derf points out, there are only two options:

1. He is pumping his tail off in the hopes he can create new buyers to move this thing up and he can extricate himself from his disaster at someone else's expense

2. He is one of the dumbest human beings ever created
