my take was that they initially hired who they could and they did what they know how to do...but i suspect they werent particularly innovative and perhaps lacked some experience with managing an operation like prodigy...

kim found 2 sericulture experts with many years of experience who understood the assignment...they made changes, identified problems and created solutions...they streamlined the processes and increased efficiencies...so much so that the Ann Arbor lab realized they could also benefit by making some of the same changes...

these people are now in charge of things at prodigy...and are apparently competent enough that jet lee is now only required to do what his expertise is geared to do...the business end of things...

it seems that they may now have the right management people in the right places...

if things were truly on schedule, then it wont be much longer before we start hearing about production news...although im anticipating hearing about things the lab has been doing first...maybe some AF news...and stuff we know nothing about...

i wouldnt mind the pps being .15 (or better) when production news is announced...
