The orange cow is running damage control over there on dwac, the spac and tmtg scam he pulled with TS. This case happening right now was supposed to shut down a shitton of business licenses in New York, but got some rep judge to temp hold on pulling all his licenses. Thing is, dwac/tmtg and tc may all have connections in the new york licensing mess. So, they're doing weird shit with the money they got with the 'spac IPO' funding, giving it back and calling it a good thing they're losing almost a billion bucks account with interest.

By preemptive action, before official receivership would take over and reveal all the dirty dealing cheeto the cheato did to suck up all that funding.
Almost all the money would have gone to cheeto, as allegedly he owns 90% of all three companies. There's a SEC lawsuit over dwac itself for insider manipulations that has been almost settled and cheeto has to pay up to 20 million off the top if any corp action of a merger happens. He and his three recent scams may be trapped like rats.
