The thing here is Mark Newbauer is sandwiched here between a lawsuit and a questionable promoter per accusations on this board.
If Mark doesn't comply and retract, he might find himself like Kistler(Never able to be affiliated with any stock again). He would have to then go it alone without a blank check to cover his expenses. IMO alot tougher that way and something I do not think Mark wants to experience.

Plus there always is the issue of reputation and integrity. Nope I do NOT think that is important to Mark at this time. (Just Mark). I really hope I am wrong but look at the 12 year trail Mark has left us. Kistler has his name written on that trail and Mark might be following it to the slaughter house.
