Even if he does the right thing here (and retracts the reverse split) IMO HE IS STILL NOT OFF THE HOOK. 150M PLUS SHARES TRADED SINCE THE RS SPLIT ANNOUNCEMENT MANY OF THOSE SHARE SALES RESULTED IN LOSSES. Mark could be liable here IMO as well.
