It’s not uncommon for a company to reiterate their view…given significant share price volatility
I’ve seen such PRs on occasion, but they’re generally inadvisable.
If someone on an investor webcast asks an executive if the share price is too low, it’s ok to say yes. But the SEC takes a dim view of companies who issue unprompted assertions about the share price.
