SHORTS anticipating a SPIKE in COOP's PPS with the long-planned MONETIZATION of COOP's sub XOME IMO.

Shorts would get burned badly when COOP's PPS spikes by let's say $25 to $80+ with the announcement of selling XOME or starting a XOME spin-off.

And also the coming Q3 numbers on October 25, 2023 will be great IMO, and the book value will also increase again. I expect a good EPS in combination with a POSITIVE MARK-TO-MARKET of COOP's huge MSR portfolio!
