If they just raised money to fill orders for a "substantial" deal, who cares if ACC doesn't take over the world instantly and tomorrow? A substantial order takes substantial time to fill, as I said. No offense, but retail investors need to take the time to process all information and map the future out in their heads, so investing doesn't becoming an endeavor of day-to-day decisions.
