That’s not the case with JK. Any shareholders can visit Melvin business anytime they want. But Melvin can’t tell JK or any shareholder nothing about the business. Unless JK was hired as a employee. Then JK can’t say anything about Melvin business. Why don’t you visit Melvin factory? I can’t bc I’m on oxygen.
