And now it is a matter of record from Micron's expert in the hearing's transcripts. Doesn't matter if the lawyers know the real answer, they aren't the experts.
The fact that Micron's expert testified under oath to undermine Scamscum with contradicting and conflicting statements about RANK is all that matters. It is on the RECORD as sworn testimony under oath.

Lawyers make their money either way. Years and years of this infringement lawsuit has been nothing but billable hours for the Clown Cartel's lawyers. It has never been about right or wrong. Their lawyers already made their money fighting a losing battle in my opinion.

My hope is that all NetList legal fees for years (over a decade in some cases) of these infringements by all 3 of these Companies be paid by the infringers as part of the settlement.
