That was on the CEO...

The COSM Ceo PR'd that he was doing a share buy back and he put out an offering the next day instead!!!

That was nothing to do with the market and everything to do with the scumbag CEO.

The entire market is bamboozling everyone.
Look at Cosm, that POS should be trading $50+, yet its at a buck fifty....
