Well, Gym sure conceals any knowledge of the law very well. I didn't know he had a JD. It might come in handy some day for helping his cellmates out, but so far all he really seems guilty of is wasting everyone's time, coming up with distraction after distraction.
I imagine his character issue or whatever with enabling a pedophile has likely passed statute of limitations?

I am sure he can find an avenue to ill-gotten gains since he makes enough crazy noises to get the attention of the money people. It should allow him enough rope to hang himself legally, one way or another.
