Trust a .gov before a .com, especially since Saving Grace didnt know about the cypress site until i posted about lol Permit still under review by City, BLD-T918635, shows its still reviewing everything. ERBB doesnt have ADA handrails, parking lines, trash enclosures, basic functions of a building. Plus, still reviewing the building addon of the 1200 sq ft room ($11k for the permit by the way) oh yea, i own ERBB shares and buy the flower from H4L, so this "boogeyman" shtick is hilarious haha
