PIXY: In "plain English", there is NO REASON. Indeed, the 1,000-year tradition for all of Earth's 'Wall Streets' was that a REVERSE SPLIT would invariably send any stock CRASHING because everybody was HIP to such a SCAM. However, TODAY, RS's are "TRENDING" (sometimes!!!).
