There you go again, returning to fallback position of corrupt or inept management while ignoring Sonny's ties to Zimmer Biomet, Zimmer Biomets hiring of Dr. Lal ,while Sintx uses shared IP for product development. This seems to be the central theme or narrative driven here and on the SINT board of ST used to justify continued message that Dr Bal needs to be removed. Clearly they and yourself want people to walk away with that opinion. Both here and on ST, the stocks price is utilized to confirm this. However stock prices can be manipulated especially if the goal is to help drive a specific narrative. Thats not only seen here but can be seen over on the Tesla boards as well. Hell even major media feeds into this with Tesla. This is why i look for evidence that is not easy to manipulate to evaluate a company as that type of evidence provide more insightful clues for evaluation.
I see mistakes and missteps made particularly concerning commercialization of products. I think "incompetence" is overly harsh and an incorrect assessment. This is because you cannot simply focus on one aspect of the company. Missteps on commercialization front have been offset by effective development of, patenting of, and testing of IP. As well as the acquisition of supportive businesses and IP. Despite the missteps, products are still being developed for future revenue potential. Sintx has nothing but potential especially with built-in "partners" like Zimmer Biomet. Why you would want Dr. Bal's removal when he has ties to Zimmer is currently beyond me? Thats a real pathway to commercial success for Sintx and what Sintx brings is exactly what Hanson said Zimmer was looking for.

You maybe correct in that Sintx will lose and be forced to sell for pennies. Why would it go that route when Sintx can just close shop and auction its IP; with Zimmer Biomet being a likely bidder? Look at the potential markets it can be used for:

Crystallographic structure, the synthesis and processing of monolithic structures and coatings, as well as examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

we believe 3D printed silicon nitride devices will play a major role in the future of medical and technical segments in which we participate,” said Dr. Sonny Bal, CEO of SINTX Technologies. “We believe that SINTX’s resin formulation and densification expertise, combined with 3DCeram’s production scale printers, will provide the market with components of superior quality.”

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
