I have said there should be a BALANCE between judges and agency heads --- and I do respect doctors at NIH and math at NASA and such - but know that political leanings can push out of bounds !!

You strongly believe there is a 4th arm of GOV that has run amuck and that the 9 SCOTUSH judges under MQD have all the wisdom

I simply have not seen where judiciary - at SCOTUS has been that brilliant. Indeed their decisions and blindness (ignorance of the financial issues?) with F and F argue to limit their use

But some balance ---- your balance has more judge rule and my balance has more POTUS and Agency rule. Recall that SCOTUS stay and stay and stay and get further and further from the feel and desires of the people ---- where POTUS congress and yes the appointed and approved AGency heads rotate in and out ----- in a far more citizen influenced way
