The simple (well maybe not for you) reason I don't want people to invest here is because it's an investment disaster! All one needs to do is spend 5 seconds looking at the graph. But besides that, let me address the rest of your 'sound reasoning'.

Really? Youve been posting here for years warning about Sint because you care that much about other people's money? Or is it actually that you are trying to prevent possible collateral damage, lawsuits, and/or potential legal action due to some illegal activity? The fewer people in the way the easier it is to drive the price lower and the less guilt you have to have on your conscience by being a participant.

However by driving the price lower and by scaring away any potential demand, that has essentially slowed development on a product that could improve a lot of peoples lives. Who gains by slowing the development?
Metal implants, and plastic ones too, suffer from infections. "For example, last year there were over 150,000 lower limb amputations in the United States and 35% of all osseointegration limbs developed an infection". A small coating of Si3N4 has the potential to significantly reduce that number; i wish it could prevent it altogether . This isnt rhetoric as its actually backed by scientific studies. This is but one of the benefits of Si3N4. It also significantly reduces corrosion brought on by EM radiation and natural wear. These metals built up in tissue, blood, and organs causing a myriad of physical, neurological, and even psychological problems; contributes to COVID by amplifying EM radiation increasing oxidative stress.

antibacterial properties of laser embedded silicon nitride. This technology was developed to address the high rates of infections found in lower limb amputations and target the growing use of osseointegration titanium alloy abutments for prosthetic limbs. For example, last year there were over 150,000 lower limb amputations in the United States and 35% of all osseointegration limbs developed an infection. The work presented at the symposium involved production of a thin (< 1 µm) discontinuous layer of silicon nitride particles laser-embedded into a titanium alloy surface and testing the bacterial resistance. Our approach may offer a novel strategy to make implantable devices resistant to bacterial colonization.

SINTX is pleased to report that a patent (US#11,738,122) has been granted based on application US20210008254A1: Antibacterial biomedical implants and associated materials, apparatus, and methods. This patent protects SINTX’s ability to produce SN-based antimicrobial coatings on biomedical implants based on a number of recently developed technologies including laser embedding and physical vapor deposition.

And so now they hire consultants, spend a lot on ramping up the advertisements etc, and the following year, their 'revenue' increases to 1 million, while expenses increase to 10 million.

In regards to business model, Sintx does not have a direct to consumer model. It has an OEM model where it sells its material or implants to other businesses that then sell to the consumer. Thus it will have little in the way of sale & marketing expenses comparatively. This will slow revenue growth, but is less risky model. Same for armor. Its not selling directly to the military , its selling components to a company that gets military contracts for the finished product. However it does not currently sell the bulk of its potential products yet. Hell its second generation silicon nitride implants are still not sold. Nor are its masks. Nor even armor yet. So far it only sells through CTL for its first generation Si3N4 material for their implants and prototypes for armor and industrial applications. Sintx does not have measurable margins because its in a R&D phase, not commercialization phase. Sintx has nothing but potential with its material but it needs the right partners to succeed. It has Zimmer Biomet as one likely potential on the ortho side and NP Aerospace as a likely possible on the armor side. ZB could even diversify outside of ortho and sell other hospital oriented products.

Now if Sintx simply closed shop today, sold off its assets, and auctioned off its IP, more recent investors would see a significant return. IP is worth over 100m easily; more than 225m if you compare it to Implex's IP when it was acquired in 2003 for a total of ~225m (100m + issued stock for hitting sale milestones).

The remainder of your post is classic disinformation attacking the messenger type stuff. Trying to put me on the defensive and move the subject away from my statement that someone planned for this stock to drop like it has which is why i was warned to sell months ago.

Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule.
A form of an ad hominem attack, define the opponent with a label rather than inferior argumentation.

Proper response: Explain that such an approach implies “guilt by association and attack[s] truth on the basis of the messenger” (Sweeney).

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
