read the very first paragraph concerning the filings of a SEC 10-K........there is not one allowance for not providing ALL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE FILING OF AN SEC 10-K.....said another way, there cannot be a condition where a company can hide information to the public concerning the affairs of a company....WMIH has stipulated that it has filed all information regarding this company...
