I agree. You may have missed the point of my list, which was to show that Guido should never reference Judge Wheeler's ruling on the Starr case in regards to FnF when trying to make an argument.
You can continue pushing the AIG narrative all you want, there will be those who see similarities and differences and those who only see the similarities.
You left one item out in your list: there are also those who see only the differences. Those who do so are just as bad as those who see only the similarities. I had some hope that you would call them out too.
I see both similarities and differences, but each of those would worry me if I were a FnF common shareholder. Any similarities are bad in light of the price charts in this post, and the differences tend to be worse for FnF compared to AIG rather than better.
AIG is by far the most appropriate comparison to FnF that I have seen. Do you have a better one?
