There isn't anything with Bioamber to manipulate. It has been 5 years and your stock is still worthless - the CUSIP number has been revoked - there isn't an exchange where Bioamber is traded.

The Secured Creditors were impaired and the last in line to be paid in the Bankruptcy hierarchy of who gets paid - so that means the common shareholders are by definition impaired and that means the common stock has been canceled.

The other stuff is just pinkyland wishful thinking.
