I, and many others, were hoping that you would be filing this lawsuit yourself given your myriad legal theories. Instead all we got was excuses. I can't say I'm surprised. Instead of putting up or shutting up you have chosen to do neither and just continued as the message board warrior armchair lawyer. That's too bad.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.
