LOOK: I don't CARE what the "ceo" says! What I have REPORTED has been accurate. I've included links, phone numbers, the NAME of the TA/person with whom I spoke, etc.. And if SHAREHOLDERS don't care, then that's ON THEM!! I simply provided the information, & have historically encouraged folks to SELF-VERIFY -- as I ALWAYS HAVE!! You don't take ANYONE'S word for anything on the OTC!!

As to the share structure, it is possible that it did NOT change! FOR ME --- & I can ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF when investing --- it doesn't matter WHAT the share structure IS, ...IF it has changed, ...&/or if it hasn't!

The NUMBER ONE priority is that there is TRANSPARENCY - & the company ensures that the share structure may be obtained SO THAT people have the MOST-UPDATED & ACCURATE information with which to make their investment decisions! Very simple.

That's the bottom-line!
