OK DUMBASS!! You have OUTDATED INFORMATION MORON -- very simple!
The OTC only lists what the TA & the company PROVIDES!!
The TA verifies AS OFTEN as they are PAID to or according to their POLICIES!
It is INCUMBENT on the shareholders to encourage the "ceo" to PAY HIS BILLS &/or CHOOSE a TA that doesn't OPEN @ 10, & go to lunch for 2 hours during the trading day & then CLOSES EARLY on Friday -- & then WAS ONLY REPORTED once a month!! Which is pretty close to the DEFINITION OF GAGGED!!
The only way it could be worse is if the TA did NOT REPORT at all... However, with current OTC REGULATIONS tightening I'm not even sure they can GET AWAY with that anymore!
So I ask you a SIMPLE QUESTION:
[] What is the SHARE STRUCTURE as of RIGHT NOW ?

[] What was it YESTERDAY ?
